**As of July 31, 2025, the project was awarded to Emery Sapp & Sons, with an awarded amount of $460,687.50.** The estimated cost is $300,000. The Project consists of rehabilitation of roads within the City of Hollister (approximately 1,204 tons of asphalt surface, 370 tons of asphalt base, milling, tack coat, etc. in the base bid with alternatives totaling an additional 1,635 tons of asphalt as funding allows). Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Question Deadline 06/11/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
