2024 Utility Replacement Project The City ofEdmonds reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set forthe opening thereofor before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty calendar days A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount equal to at least five percent ofthe total amount of bid, including sales tax if applicable, must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and give a performance and payment bond as required. The check will be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the contract in conformity with the contract documents if it is awarded to him and shall provide a performance and payment bond as specified therein within ten calendar days after notification ofthe award of contract to the bidder.
