Renovation of a municipal facility in Edmonds, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Port of Edmonds is seeking bids from experienced and well-qualified construction companies for a multiple building window project to demo, and replace atrium windows, metal roof and wood framing contract #2024-480. providing labor, materials and equipment necessary to: demo, install per plans and specifications all windows and wood framing on buildings 3, 4. The scope of work includes providing labor, materials and equipment necessary to: demo and install wood framing and windows on two separate buildings per plans and specifications at the Harbor Square Building Complex. The scope of work includes providing labor, materials and equipment necessary to: demolition of existing atrium windows and frames on two specified buildings, 130 W. Dayton, 180 W. Dayton. replace with wood framing, metal roof, and new windows. Please refer to attached detailed plans for all specifics. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, supplies, equipment, and related services to accomplish the work specified in the attached specifications, and other related contract documents as submitted by the owner under this contract, hereto, or which may hereafter be requested by the Owner for: Harbor Square Atrium project.
