PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will select a number of sites that can help decrease stormwater runoff impacts in Perrinville Creek through the development of a feasibility assessment report for the Perrinville Creek Watershed in the Cities of Edmonds and Lynnwood. This project will include the evaluation of sites for potential stormwater flow reduction facilities along with recommendations for a number of retrofit projects to be pursued in the future for design and construction. PROJECT SCOPE AND SCHEDULE: The work to be performed by the consultant shall consist of providing professional services to the Public Works Engineering and Operations divisions with geotechnical exploration, development of pre-designs and cost estimates for at least six stormwater treatment facilities, and an implementation plan. The consultant will use the draft DOE 2024 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington (SWMMWW) and the City of Edmonds Stormwater Code as guides for water quality treatment, infiltration, and flow control facilities.
