Description: Underground drainage improvements to be installed consisting of the construction a weir structure to divert stormwater into a 36-inch RCP to the existing Howard McVay Regional Detention Basin. Work will include minor grading and drainage improvements to modify Howard McVay Regional Detention Basin Scope: 1. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals as shown, specified and required for demolition, removals, and disposal Work. 2. The Work under this Specifications section includes, but is not necessarily limited to: a. Demolition and removal of existing materials and equipment as shown or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work includes demolition of pavement, curbs, sidewalks, and similar existing materials, equipment, and items. 3. Demolitions and removals indicated in other Specifications sections shall comply with requirements of this Specifications section. 4. Perform demolition Work within areas shown or indicated. 5. Pay all costs associated with transporting and, as applicable, disposing of materials and equipment resulting from demolition and removals Work. The work required under a City of Germantown contract includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment and other items, and constructing improvements, complete in every detail, ready for the City's beneficial use, as specified herein, and/or indicated on the contract drawings.
