Bulk Chemical Delivery of Liquid Oxygen and LOX System Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Valley Water is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) as well as LOX systems inspection, maintenance, and repair services. The use of chemicals is critical for the treatment of wastewater within the Penitencia and Santa Teresa Water Treatment Plants. Contract length is two (2) years with three (3) one-year options to renew. The undersigned understands and agrees to be bound to the proposed Scope of Services and Cost Proposal for 180 days from the date of proposal submittal.
