The use of chemicals is critical for the treatment of wastewater within the Penitencia, Rinconada, and Santa Teresa Water Treatment Plants, the Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center and Valley Water Intertie. Contract length is two (2) years with three (3) one-year options to renew. Proposers may not communicate with Valley Water Board Members, staff, or consultants who currently provide services for Valley Water.
