WSP - Shelton Academy HVAC System Improvements ESTIMATED BID COST RANGE: $815,000.00 to $900,000.00. Questions Due Date: May 2nd 2024, 1:00 PM PDT Please direct questions regarding this project to the office of the Consultant, KMB architects, Inc. p.s906 Columbia Street SW, Suite 400, Olympia, WA 98501, (360) 352-8883, sararickards@kmbarchitects.com. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Contract Time - The undersigned hereby agrees to Substantially Complete all the work under the Base Bid (and accepted Alternates) within 90 calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion All the Work shall be fully and finally completed in accordance with the contract documents within 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The undersigned agrees to pay the Owner as liquidated damages the sum of $500for each consecutive calendar day that is in default after the Contract Time. Liquidated damages shall be deducted from the contract invoice after taxes and retainage. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
