No bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Crawford County prior to the time set forth above, and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, payable to the Crawford County for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. The construction of +- 3.88 miles of grading, resurfacing. +- 1,579 tons of 9.5 mm Superpave, +- 2915 tons of 12.5 mm Superpave, +- 1189 tons of leveling, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job.

The work to be done hereunder includes the furnishing of all necessary machinery,
equipment, tools, labor and other construction means, and all materials and equipment required to
perform all work asset forth and called for by the Plans and Specifications and including the placing
of the entire project into satisfactory operation.
