Renovation of a medical facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project consists of replacing an aging and undersized generator to provide power backup to the whole facility. The generator has been sized and the distribution system has been updated to accommodate a higher generator voltage. Due to the limited space in the mechanical yard, some equipment needs to be rearranged. We are considering two alternates: the first is to replace the existing Redundant condensing units. The second is to replace the existing Redundant and Primary condensing units. *If the alternates are not accepted by the County, the base scope of work includes at least the relocation and reinstallation of existing condensers to facilitate/accommodate the new overall fit plan for the mechanical yard. Contractor Questions Due: April 19, 2024 Notice of Intent to Award May 06, 2024 Ramsey County, through the Property Management Department, seeks a prime contractor to provide all supplies, equipment, material, labor and incidentals for the Medical Examiner Backup Generator Replacement project.
