5% of bid amount Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks a qualified contractor to perform the installation of 7 Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) systems in conjunction with ADA improvements on University Avenue. Ramsey County must receive bids and proposals no later than the date and time included in the solicitation or addendum.
