Scope ofWork/Services : Full mowing/trimming maintenance - mow, trim, edge. Price per cut per location- grass should be no more than 4 inches tall. General Conditions : Work outside of the contract must have prior written approval by owner. Effective date of contract is through September 30, 2024. Contractor responsible for all taxes and other related cost. Monthly billing due by the 25 of the month; all will be paid by the end of the following month. Owner/Contractor may terminate contract with a 30- day written notice. Bids received after the date and time of bid opening will be returned unopened. After receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the date of bid opening. The City of Florence reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received.
