Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Acceptable Proposal Bond Payable to the Williamson County Esd #7 in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Proposed Contract Sum, Plus Alternates as Submitted. The Successful Proposer Will Be Required to Furnish Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds in Amounts Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, in Accordance With Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code, Within Five (5) Days of the Contract Award.
