South Carolina State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Division of Procurement Services (DPS) is seeking a contractor on behalf of South Carolina Department of Administration, Division of Facilities Management and Property Services (FMPS) to perform inspections, maintenance, and applicable repairs for emergency generators and automatic transfer switches. The generator and automatic transfer switches which require services are listed below. The State reserves the right to add or remove generators and/or automatic transfer switches to or from this contract as necessary during the contract term. During the last contract term, 13 generators and 8 ATS were added, and 2 generators and 1 ATS were removed. the State reserves the right to accept or reject any materials, parts, components, units, fixtures, etc. and to request specific types of materials (manufacture, type, grade, quality etc.) as deemed necessary Question Deadline 04/24/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Award will be posted on 05/17/2024 This is a one-year contract, renewable each year for four additional years for a total potential contract of 5 years. Services shall begin in July of the contract year.
