The Chester County School Authority/Chester County Intermediate Unit will receive sealed proposals for building Alterations at the following CCIU facilities: Technical College High School, Brandywine Campus, 443 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19355 and Technical College High School, Pickering Campus, 1580 Charlestown Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460. Sealed bids will be received for any and/or all of the following separate Prime Contracts, which includes all work indicated on the Contract Documents: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction. Contractor's Qualification Statement, as set forth in Paragraph 15 of the Instructions to Bidders. Non-Collusion Affidavit, as set forth in Paragraph 29 of the Instructions to Bidders. Executed Letter of Insurer, as set forth in Specification Section 004313.19 "Letter of Insurer." This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, approved August 15, 1961, P.L. 987 (Act No. 442), as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to this project which has been promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. Bidders shall refer to provisions of the Federal and State statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of the public natural resources that affect the project; said statement of provisions being submitted, as part of the specifications, pursuant to Section 3301 of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code, 62 Pa.C.S. 3301.
