Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Construction of the Skelp Level Road Bridge Replacement including removal of an existing structure, construction of a new structure, roadway reconstruction, grading, guiderail, and necessary appurtenant work and materials. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted. Contractor must comply with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination Bids will be received electronically at Online until 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 6th day of June, 2024. East Caln reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to accept the bid that it deems, in its sole judgement, to be in the best interest of the Borough. The estimated contract value is between $2,500,000 to $3,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
