Purpose This request for proposals provides accredited firms with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for consideration by the Chester County School Districts' Joint Purchasing Board for services described herein. Completion The target date for completing this project in each participating school district is August 23, 2024. If the bidder cannot meet this deadline, they shall indicate such in their proposal, fully explain the reasons why the deadline cannot be met, and indicate their expected date of completion. Performance Bond - the Chester County School Districts' Joint Purchasing Board reserves the right to require the successful vendor to submit a performance bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total estimated value of the award. The Joint Purchasing Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, either by item or in total, and will make award in the best interest of the CCSDJP Board.
