The district reserves the right to select the second, third and or fourth lowest responsive responsible bidder when and if the first lowest bidder is not able to meet the demands of the various projects. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility services, and perform and complete all of the Work required in connection with the purchase, delivery, construction and installation of the Project in strict compliance with the Contract Documents located in Article pages 70 through 204 and as more particularly described in Exhibit A - BID Documents for Hypothetical Projects.
