Pasadena Water and Power ("PWP"), a department of the City of Pasadena ("City"), is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering services to provide the stormwater treatment feasibility study for the Broadway and Glenarm Power Plants located in the City of Pasadena as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP solicit professional engineering services to provide the stormwater treatment feasibility study for the Broadway and Glenarm Power Plants to meet the current effluent discharge requirements as stipulated by the RWQCB. The proposed feasibility study will evaluate both on-site and off-site solutions to address the needs of the plants in short and long terms. The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is Monday, May 6, 2024, prior to 2:00 pm. Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted directly through the City's eProcurement Portal Q&A function. Do not contact any City employee or official regarding this solicitation.
