The scope of work is estimated to be between $900,000 to $1,000,000 and includes: The Project encompasses the extensive renovation of restroom facilities serving students, staff and visitors at Willard Elementary School and Eliot Arts Middle School. The new work consists of new plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, accessories, new wall and floor ceramic tile and ceiling paint, including new doors, frames, door hardware, and ADA upgrades as needed. As well as associated mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems, and other associated improvements per bidding documents. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (M/E/P) Subcontractors must be pre-qualified for this project per bidding documents.
