The Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services - Parks Division seeks a vendor to provide Paint, Paint Supplies and Field Marking Paint. Award will be based on the lowest price and pricing must be valid from July 2024 to June 2025. Bidders must provide pricing on all line items to be considered responsive. Any incomplete bid will be ruled unresponsive and may not be considered for an award Bidders acknowledge that they shall provide the goods and/or services without monetary limitations on liability. If Bidders take exception to this requirement, Bidders shall expressly state any exceptions, including the proposed limits of liability, (a) in detail; (b) as a separate line item; and (c) not part of any form documents submitted. Bidders acknowledge that any exceptions may result in a finding of non responsivness. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start July 1, 2024. The Contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to end June 30, 2025.
