Site work for a civil project in Isabel, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Water distribution system improvements including: 2,200 L.F. of 6" AWWA C900 PVC water line; 60 L.F. of 4" AWWA C900 PVC water line; 17 gate valves; 5 fire hydrants; 14 service connections; 50 service replacements; 5 service tie-ins; 3 water well/bulk water meter replacements; seeding; traffic control; and appurtenances. The date that theBiddingDocumentsare downloaded by the contractor will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of theBiddingDocuments.Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner norEngineerwillberesponsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtainedfromsourcesotherthantheIssuing Office. The prevailing wage rates of the State of Kansas apply to this contract as doanyrequirementsoftheState of Kansas associated with the use of these State Prevailing wages. The prevailing wage rates of theDepartmentofLabor apply to this project. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60-days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
