This is a Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside This is a pre-solicitation notice that the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) will be soliciting offers for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) utilizing a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for construction services for the Southeast District, hereafter referred to as the Southeast District (SED) MATOC Pool.
