This project undertakes the work of a Primary Sludge Thickening Facility at the Clarkson WRRF (previously WWTP) and involves the construction of a new two-story fully functional building to house the primary sludge thickening equipment, process piping and tie-in connections to existing processes, an emulsion polymer system, an outdoor biotrickling filter odour control system, and a temporary access road realignment as well as miscellaneous upgrades to the high voltage electrical distribution network, a new waste gas burner installation, the replacement of Plant 1 Scum Pumps and piping, and modifications to various existing Motor Control Centre's in the Digester and Biogas Handling process areas. TIMELINE: RFQ was cancelled; timelines for re-issuance are unreleased. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
