Renovation of a municipal facility in Hanahan, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Commissioners of Public Works of the City of Charleston, South Carolina, will receive bids for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for construction of the McCullough PS & Admin Building Envelope Rehabilitation at the Hanahan Water Treatment Plant. The Work to be performed consists of approximately repairs and modifications to the building envelope as well as removal and replacement of the existing standing seam metal roof, including new gutters and downspouts for the pump house, repairs and modifications to the building envelope of the select area of the stairs on the North end of the administrative building, and all associated appurtenances. Sealed Bids for the construction ofMcCullough PS & Admin Building Envelope Rehabilitation will be received by the Commissioners of Public Works of the City of Charleston, South Carolina Question Deadline 04/20/2024 at 2:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted in writing to The Building Envelope Enclosure Group by No questions will be answered after this date. Any questions prior to bidding shall be directed to The Building Envelope Enclosure Group. All responses will be made in the form of addenda to the bid documents.
