Right to Reject Bids - The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the Town's best interest to do so. Bids submitted or received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be rejected. Acceptance of Bids - Acceptance of bid will be by notice of the Town Engineer.
