Successful Bidding Bidder Awarded This Contract Shall Provide a Performance Surety in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. Equal Opportunity Employer the Rostraver Township Sewage Authority Fully Complies With the Provisions of This Act. All Qualified Bidders Are Invited to Submit a Proposal. Rostraver Township Sewage Authority Board Council Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions Thereof Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in the Best Interest of the Authority. **Document Notes: Copies of the Bidding Documents May Be Purchased at These Locations or Online at a Non-refundable Cost of $120.00 Per Set Plus the Cost of Shipping.
