Willowbrook Road Storm Sewer Project A certified check payable to the Rostraver Township or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Contract will be responsible to pay the current Pennsylvania prevailing Wages for this project. Rostraver township board of commissioners reserves the right to award or to reject any and/or all portions thereof proposals submitted, and to waive Informalities in the bidding process if in the best interest of the township. The work included under this contract covers the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to complete the work as described herein, shown on the Contract Drawings and necessary for complete operating facilities. The work under Contract No (s) 2024-01 generally consists of install Approximately 1240 linear feet of 12"diameter smooth wall storm sewer pipe, 590 linear feet of 15" diameter smooth storm sewer pipe, 18 new 2' x 4'pre-cast concrete inlets with cast iron bicycle safe grates, roadway paving restoration, 7 new 4' diameter precast manholes with frame and lids, 2 new 15" diameter plastic end wall, r-5 stone rip-rap, Temporary Paving, 270 Tons 6" 19mm Superpave Binder, seeding and mulching, erosion and sedimentation controls, and traffic controls. The work is shown on the Contract Documents prepared by KLH Engineers, Inc.
