Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Upgrades and redevelopment of the Frédéric-Back park. The scope of work includes the construction of a footbridge measuring approximately 150 meters in length connecting the western crown to the center of the park. From this point, leveling the site will make it possible to build a path and connect it to the path already built at the eastern end of the park. The entire path from east to west, including the footbridge, will have a lighting network. The project also includes the installation of street furniture and signaling equipment. It covers an area exceeding 12 hectares. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being finalized. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in early/spring 2026, construction start will follow.
