Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase various Asphalt Emulsions. These materials will be used by various City agencies for road repair throughout the City. The proposed contract will be in effect through June 30, 2026. Classification: The successful bidder will make available for pickup an estimated seventeen thousand (17,000) gallons of Asphalt Emulsion SS-1H Dilute (Fog Seal), twelve thousand (12,000) gallons of Asphalt Emulsion RS-2, one hundred ninety thousand (190,000) gallons of Asphalt Emulsion RS-2 w/latex or HFRS-2, five thousand (5,000) gallons of Asphalt Emulsion HFMS-2, and seventeen thousand (17,000) gallons of Asphalt Emulsion SS-1H. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of material and/or services as detailed in these specifications. Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification.
