Renovation of a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project will replace 3 of the 5 electrical switch station equipment. The project will also construct a new, main switching station to change the electrical distribution from a loop system to a radial system. This project will also relocate the DOP substation (at the north entrance of the facility) inside the fence. This project will utilize the CMAR collaborative delivery method. The contract will be for design development activities. These activities include preliminary design through 30% design documents and a basis of design that will allow the City to procure a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). The selected Offeror will be required to assist with the CMAR selection process and collaborate with the CMAR entity.
