Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 17, 2024 project was awarded to NLC, LLC , awarded amount is $545,097.65.** The Project includes the following Work: Group A consisting of the construction of approximately 2,200 LF of 8-foot-wide trail, Group B consisting of the construction of approximately 1,250 LF of 6" horizontally directionally drilled watermain, and Group C consisting of the construction of approximately 100 LF of 5-foot-wide sidewalk. Bids will be taken for said construction work listed above by unit prices, as an aggregate bid for the entire project. One (1) contract for all groups will be issued. Bid Security must be made payable to the Treasurer of the City of Fort Calhoun as liquidated damages in case the bid is accepted and the bidder neglects or refused, to enter into contract and furnish bond in accordance herewith. Est. Completion Date: Nov. 30, 2024 Question Deadline 04/23/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
