Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Davis, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services for selected demotion of buildings, improvements, utilities, and trees within the Solano Park Development. Work includes hazardous material abatement, demolition, site work/grading, and modification to existing utility systems while conforming to environmental mitigation measures as outlined in the environmental impact report.Site improvements including irrigation of trees to remain and fencing to protect northern portion of site. Contract Time: 240 days The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractors license at the time of submission of the Bid: General Engineering A or General Building B. The successful Bidder shall pay all persons providing construction services and/or any labor on site, including any University location, no less than the UC Fair Wage (defined as $15 per hour) and shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local working condition requirements.
