The Toole County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids for 30,000 cubic yards of crushed gravel excavated from the Damm pit. Based on the unit bid price, this amount of gravel may be expanded in 5000 cu yd increments. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit for 10% of the total bid and shall be in the form of cash, certified check or appropriate bid bond made payable to Toole County. Toole County reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or portions of the bid and to waive any irregularities which are deemed to be in the best interest of the county.
