Site work and paving for a civil project in Wilmington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
For the following work NHC Vice & Detectives Phase 2 Sitework The work consists of furnishing labor and materials for the Phase 2 sitework including grading, drainage, erosion control, paving, utilities, and landscaping as described General Statues and pre-qualified in accordance with New Hanover County s pre-qualification ordinance. A Bid Bond Equal to 5% of the base bid price is required by all bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Contractor understands and acknowledges that the Contractor shall pay to the County the sum of $600 Dollars per day for each and every calendar day of unexcused delay in achieving Substantial Completion. It is requested that prospective Bidders review the bidding documents and submit their questions to Kevin Caison by emailing kcaison@nhcgov.com no later than 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024. Responses will be posted as an addendum no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024 @ 5pm.. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid or Bids which is in the best interest of the County.
