Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saline, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project site is at various locations in the City of Saline. The work to be done under this Contract includes the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to resurface the roads, install sidewalks, curb and gutter, restoration and pavement markings as well as all necessary earthwork, cleaning and restoration in accordance with the plans and specifications. Contract Award 5/20/2024 Reference Number 0000348873 The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: 12,000 tons of HMA paving, 75,000 syd of micro-surace and chip seal, concrete curb and gutter and sidewalk replacement, pavment markings and restoration. Question Deadline 05/09/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
