Renovation of an educational facility in Salem, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This solicitation is for proposals to provide design, installation, and support of commissioning and measurement and verification of a campuswide decarbonization project of the North Campus at Salem State University in Salem, MA. This work includes, but is not limited to: development of a geo-exchange borefield, development of new central heat pump plant (water to water heat pumps, air to water heat pumps, modifications to existing steam boilers, electrical infrastructure upgrades), and installation of a four pipe distribution system throughout the North Campus. Estimated Cost $30.8 million The Commonwealth is interested in turnkey Proposals that reflect the requirements of this RFP, including but not limited to the Scope Description, and reflecting the Facility and background information provided in the RFP Information. Proposers are required to submit Proposals for every Project which is the subject of this RFP. DCAMM will not consider partial Proposals
