Reference Number : 1835018 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-24 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 36 The Ecole de Technologie Superieure having its head office at 1100 rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Montreal (hereinafter "Owner"), is requesting Bids with the aim of awarding a mixed contract, i.e. a Unit Rate Contract for work of on-demand chiller repairs valued at $90,000.00 plus a portion for chiller maintenance services. This call for tenders refers to two (2) scenarios. The Bidder may submit a price for each of the scenarios or for a single scenario. The Owner will choose, according to budgetary considerations, the scenario he wishes to carry out. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant Bidder in the selected scenario. Scenarios: Scenario 1: It includes 174 units of equipment to be maintained as well as a portion of work to be carried out on request. The Owner favors this scenario if the budget allows it. Scenario 2: It includes 141 units of equipment to be maintained as well as a portion of work to be carried out on request. This work is required to meet the redevelopment, renovation and maintenance needs of the Owner's assets and will be carried out in the various buildings on its campus located in Montreal in the quadrangle of Ottawa, de la Montagne, St-Jacques and Montfort streets. Work could also be carried out in other premises located nearby. The buildings where the work is carried out remain in operation during the work. Contract length The Contract begins on the date of signature of the Contract. The Contract will be valid for a period of three (3) years. However, the Owner reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the execution-on-demand portion of the Contract as soon as the amount of work carried out reaches the Contract Value, regardless of the time elapsed between the start of the Contract and this moment. Bidders must present themselves at 1100, rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Montreal, in room B-1348. You can find the room more easily by going to Finance Services which is located next to the Human Resources offices on the first floor of Pavilion B. The information session and the visit are at the expense of each Bidder. They will allow Bidders to read the requirements of the Contract and obtain all useful information, as well as to check all conditions that may affect their Bid. Failure to participate in the information session and visit cannot serve as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a Bidder. Each Bidder is responsible for delegating a representative. A Bidder who does not attend the information session and visit understands and assumes that he will not have the information that could be given during these.
