Site work and paving for a civil project in Eureka, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The work to be done at PM 13.66 to 13.68 consists of traffic control system, constructing detour, excavation and installation of drainage blanket, installation of geosynthetic reinforced embankment, constructing underdrain and surface drainage system, rebuilding the roadway and erosion control items. The work to be done at PM 16.15 consists of constructing a detour, excavating for box culvert, installing a pre-cast box culvert with cast-in-place parapet and wingwalls, backfilling the box culvert, installing cable rails and rebuilding the roadway To submit questions regarding the plans and special provisions or request a copy of the latest plan holders list, email the request to PWEngineering@co.humboldt.ca.us or contact the Department of Public Works at (707) 445-7377 For this contract, the number of trainees or apprentices for the Federal training program is 0. Any such inquiries or questions, submitted after bid opening, will not be treated as a bid protest.
