West Street Well Fe and Mn Water Treatment Plant Project The work consists of the construction of a new water treatment plant (WTP) for the West Street Well, modifications to the existing wellhouse, and drilling and installation of a redundant, replacement well. Estimated Cost $6,250,000 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website Pre-Filed sub trade bids are due direct to the owner 5-2-2024 for masonry, painting, misc metals, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flashing, fire protection, & electrical. D/WBE participation is requested. Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 5-7-2024. Note from Associated Construction: The filed sub-bids have been posted. There were no bids for the HVAC portion so Associated Construction will be accepting bids for the HVAC work. The bid date is going to be extended in an addendum later this week. ACC is looking for pricing on or before 12 Noon 5/21/24.
