Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to diamond grind down concrete substrate, apply a solids epoxy prime coat, and apply solids epoxy base coats at Des Peres Park, Pioneer Park, and Sugar Creek Park restrooms. Bids may be delivered in person, by carrier or by mail. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that his/her bid is received in proper time. Late bids, faxed and e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Questions regarding the bid request should be directed to Jay Clark at 314-835-6165 or jclark@desperesmo.org. The City of Des Peres reserves the right to reject all bids, waive technicalities, award on any bid that is the most advantageous and to make investigations concerning the experience and ability of the bidder to perform the work. Minimum wages paid to all workers shall comply with the wage rates established by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards.
