Work will include the interior and exterior cleanup of six structures, including asbestos abatement of two structures, disposal of trash and other debris, demolition of and removal of exterior steel structure attached to Building 6, clean exterior and interior surfaces of applying blocking primers/sealers and graffiti-resistant paint coating at Fort Ord Dunes State Park located in Monterey County, California, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications. License required: Class B General Building and C-22 Asbestos Abatement Engineer's Estimate: $200,000 Contract Term: One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed Contract Performance Period: One Hundred Eight (180) Calendar Days from Formal Start Work Date Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small business (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
