1. the Service Provider Shall Ensure the Services Are Performed and Completed by Capable Staff Experienced in Such Work and, Possessing and Maintaining All Applicable Certificates and Licenses Required by the Appropriate Controlling Agencies and Jurisdictions. 2. the Performance of the Work Required Shall Provide for the Operation of the Complete System(S) Based on the Original Design or Subsequently Approved Design Modification and Shall Be as Recommended by the Manufacturer(S). 3. the Service Provider Shall Ensure That the Services Are Performed While Minimizing Environmental Impacts. The Service Provider Shall Engage in Environmentally Responsible Management Practices for Hazardous Substances Used in Its Operations, Specifically With Regard to the Acquisition, Handling, Storage, Safety in Use, Transportation and Disposal of Such Substances. 4. Within Thirty (30) Days After Agreement Award, the Service Provider Should Provide Where Applicable a Transition Plan for Each Site That Has Been Awarded. 5. Within Thirty (30) Days After Agreement Award, the Service Provider Shall Provide a Detailed Timeline of the Maintenance to Be Applied for the Term of This Agreement. This Timeline Shall Contain and Reflect the Manufacturers Recommended Maintenance and All Requirements of This Agreement Including Attached Job Plans. All Maintained Equipment Will Have an Associated Bgis Job Plan or the Written Maintenance Plan as Identified Within the Document. This Timeline is to Be Submitted to the Bgis Representative. The Proposed Timeline Shall Be Reviewed by the Bgis Representative and May Require Revision by the Service Provider to Meet the Clients Requirements. Any Such Changes Shall Be Considered as Part of This Agreement. 6. Preventive Maintenance Shall Be Conducted According to Schedule of Maintenance Detailed Within This Scope of Work to Provide Trouble Free Operation of Equipment. 7. Scheduled Maintenance Shall Be Performed During Regular Hours, Monday Through Friday Excluding Holidays. Any Hot Work Must Be Performed After Regular Business Hours and With the Possession of a Hot Work Permit. Any Hot Work Permits Require 48 Hours Notice.
