Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mineola, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Scope Of Work Involves Rehabilitating Nassau County Parking Field 14, South Road, And Adjacent Pedestrian Pathways To Supreme Court. Project Limits Are From County Seat Drive To The West, Washington Avenue To The East, Limits Of Family Matrimonial Court Phase Ii Work To The South, And Supreme Court Driveway To The North. Parking Field 14 Will Be Rehabilitated With New Pedestrian Islands, Concrete Sidewalk, Light Poles With Led Fixtures, Green Infrastructure, Drywells, Driveway Reconfiguration, And Designated Parking Spots For County Facilities And Ada Compliance. South Road Will Be Resurfaced With A Hard Median And New Pavement Markings Installed. Sidewalks And Curb Ramps Will Be Reconstructed As Necessary For Ada Compliance. Your Bid Shall Be Based Upon A Notice To Proceed To Be Issued In The 1st Quarter Of 2025. All Questions Regarding This Contract Shall Be Submitted Via Email Prior To 4:00 Pm On Friday, April 26, 2024, To Christopher Paggi At Cpaggi@nassaucountyny.gov And Daniel Wong At Dwong@nassaucountyny.gov. **Document Notes : Copies Of The Bid Contract Documents For Use In Bidding Will Be Available For Purchase At The Permit Office. Furthermore, A Downloadable Set Of The Technical Specifications (Not To Be Used For Bidding) Can Be Found On The County Solicitation Board At No Charge For All Registered Users online To Access These Documents, Click On The "Vendor Portal" Link. Once You Are In The Vendor Portal, Click On "Nassau County Procurement," And, Under "Formal Solicitation," Access And Download The Request For Bid Contract Documents. In Order To Submit A Bid, A Non-refundable Fee Of $300.00 By Check Or Money Order, Payable To The Nassau County Treasurer, Will Be Required For Each Set Of Bid Contract Documents Purchased From The Permit Office. Prospective Bidders requesting Contract Documents By Mail Must Remit An Additional, Nonrefundable, Fee Of $30.00 Per Set To Cover Handling And First-class Mailing.
