Tonn and Blank Construction reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, accept Bids in any order or combination, make modifications to the work after Bidding, and waive any informalities or irregularities in Bids if it is deemed appropriate by Tonn and Blank Construction. The Contract Documents will consist of: a. Instructions to Bidders and Special Conditions 4/4/24 b. Bid Scope Packages c. Specifications dated 4/4/24 d. Elevatus drawings dated 4/4/24 e. Working Project schedule dated 3/27/24 f. Geotechnical Report dated 3/19/24 g. Tonn and Blank Construction Subcontract Agreement h. All issued modifications including, but not limited to, supplemental instructions, addenda, pre-bid meeting minutes, etc. All requests for clarification or interpretation must be in writing and must be received by Tonn and Blank Construction no later than six (6) days prior to bid. Question Deadline 04/26/2024 All trade contractors shall have current registration with state and local municipalities for the project. Tonn and Blank Construction reserves the right to request these registration numbers for use in obtaining general building permits or the such. Performance and Payment Bond and Bid Bond is required per project specifications. No bid may be withdrawn or modified for period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of same.
