Project is no longer needed.** The Project includes the following Work: Labor and materials for demolition and salvage the existing building, formerly known as the Carrabelle High School at Gray Avenue e. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570. The selected contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten working days after the receipt of the "Notice to Proceed". The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and reserves the right waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids Doc info : Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. Bidding Documents are available for purchase in the following formats: A hard copy of the Bidding Documents may be purchased at a fee of $50.00.
