The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 25,000 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement 12,500 C Y Excavation (Common/Subgrade) 2,400 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 400 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,B) 1100 S F Prefabricated Modular Block Retaining Wall 32,000 SF 4" Concrete Walk 14,000 L F Concrete Curb and Gutter Design B624 1 LS Pedestrian Flasher System 32 EACH Lighting Unit Type 9-30The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Hanover shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
