Approximate quantities include: 1,450 LF remove and replace concrete curb and gutter, 16,700 SY mill bituminous pavement, 1,200 TON Type SP 9.5 wearing course mix (2,C), 300 TON Type SP 12.5 wearing course mix (2,C), 25 each adjust frame and ring casting, 15 each adjust gate valve and box. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract.
