Prospect Lake Road: HMA Shim and Overlay. Supply, spread and roll approximately 780 tons of shim/leveling course, and approximately 1556 tons of MassDOT approved finish course. Approximately 1853 gallons of MassDOT approved tack coat complete in place. Mill transitions/key ways by contractor, traffic control by Town, road sweeping by contractor. Contractor to do any and all hand work, including driveway aprons, drainage swales, transitions/key ways and intersections. Town House Hill Road: Fine grade and compact existing gravel base providing 2% crowned roadway, approximately 9666 square yards of existing gravel. Apply approximately 4833 gallons of calcium chloride. Supply, spread and roll approximately 1,354 tons at 2 1/2 " of MassDOT approved 19millimeter binder. Apply approximately 510 gallons of MassDOT approved tack coat. Pave approximately 857 tons at 1 1/2 " MassDOT finish asphalt. Complete in place.
