Department of Housing and Urban Development (Hud). Cdbg Funds Will Be Used for This Project. The Scope of Work Generally Consists of Pavement Rehabilitations and Reestablishment of Pavement Delineations and Pavement Markings on Mostly Residential Roads. The Engineer S Estimate of Probable Costs is $3.9 Million and the Time for Completion of the Work Shall Be Fifty (50) Working Days. Public Works Contractor and Subcontractor Registration: Pursuant to California Labor Code Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1, Article 2, a Contractor or Subcontractor Shall Not Be Qualified to Bid on, Be Listed in a Bid Proposal, or Engage in the Performance of Any Contract for Public Work With the City of Hesperia, as Defined in Said Chapter, Unless Currently Registered With the California Department of Industrial Relations and Qualified to Perform Public Work Pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5 [with Limited Exceptions From This Requirement for Bid Purposes Only Under Labor Code 1771.1(a)].
